Privacy Policy

This policy covers the esn-bots Telegram assistants, including MaSecretary. esn-bots is an invite-only volunteer project, not an official ESN service.

What we store

Telegram account: your Telegram user ID, name and settings (time zone, default calendar, reminder preferences).
Google connection: the refresh token Google gives when you connect your account, stored encrypted (AES-GCM).
Conversation memory: your last 10 messages and the IDs of the events you last worked on, deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Reminders you set, until they are sent.

We do not keep a copy of your calendar. Events are read from Google Calendar only when you ask for something.

Google user data

With your permission the bot uses the Google Calendar scopes calendar.events and calendar.readonly to list, create, update and delete events in your calendars, only at your request.

esn-bots' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.

Who processes your data

Amazon Web Services (Frankfurt, eu-central-1): hosting and storage.
Telegram: delivering messages.
AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, OpenRouter): your message text, and the calendar details needed to answer it, are sent to one of these providers so the request can be understood. Voice messages are transcribed and photos are read the same way. Some free tiers may keep inputs under their own terms, so do not send anything you would not want processed there.

Your choices

/disconnect removes your Google connection and deletes the stored token.
/reset clears conversation memory.
/deleteme deletes all your data.
You can also revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
